BASE SERVICE FEE

Minimum Booking: $350

Premium Holiday Bookings

The following holidays are considered premium booking dates and are subject to availability:

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

• New Year’s Eve

• New Year’s Day

Events booked on these dates are subject to a $500 Premium Holiday Fee in addition to standard event pricing.

Berry’s Brews reserves the right to decline holiday bookings at our discretion.

SETUP & VENUE ACCESS

Berry’s Brews requires access to the event space 45–60 minutes prior to service for setup and preparation.

Berry’s Brews also requires approximately 30–45 minutes following service for cleanup and teardown.

The client is responsible for ensuring venue access is available during setup and teardown periods.

Don't have a location use ours!! We can limit service just for your private event!!

VENUE REQUIREMENTS

The client is responsible for verifying that Berry’s Brews Mobile Drink Bar is permitted at the event venue.

The client is responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals, permissions, insurance requirements, or vendor authorization.

Failure to obtain venue approval or access remains subject to the cancellation policy.

OUTDOOR EVENTS

Outdoor events may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a site inspection.

Berry’s Brews reserves the right to decline outdoor events due to weather conditions, equipment concerns, or unsuitable working environments.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

Clients are responsible for any custom-ordered supplies, specialty inventory, or event-specific purchases already made on their behalf.

FINAL EVENT DETAILS

Final drink counts, flavor selections, menu selections, and event details must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event.
